Centre Manager(s) Needed 

Dhamma Modana has an opening for Centre Manager(s). This is a residential service role for established old students who are already involved in sitting and serving courses and who have the volition to support the day-to-day functioning of the centre.

We are seeking a commitment of six (6) months, with a rotation that is typically 10 days on / 4 days off. Managers work in coordination with fellow managers, the conducting AT(s), the Centre Teacher, and a dedicated group of local AT(s) and servers. Responsibilities may include coordinating and orienting servers; basic scheduling and communications; supporting course set-up and close-down; completing administrative tasks and practical problem-solving; and maintaining a calm, respectful, practice-supportive environment consistent with centre guidelines.
